The SD model is entry model of Type S, New SD has the double wall type rim that has processed CNC is adopted, the tire performance of maximum air pressure 110PSI can be used of by 100%, and it corresponded to the sporty running.
Which means all model of Type SPORT can be use maximum air pressure 110PSI.

We thought that grip is most important device for User interface.
We focus "More comfort riding and lightly sporty riding", that's why we select this quite unique new grip for Type SPORT SD and DX model.
This grip was developed by same supplier with our Type SPORT exclusive use Fender set.
Tartaruga use this new grip the first bland around the world for production.
This grip made by two kind of different hardness elastomer, and it has also some small holes front and rear.
These small holes can be transformed by gript, so the grip cling for your hand and create quit nice hold feeling.
It's feel like pad of cat. Please try to grip by your self.
SD model has Shimano ALIVIO shifter.
We change to Shimano ALIVIO shifter from grip shifter for SD model.

We focus smoother shift, so we use Shimano TIAGRA set, Shifter, Derailleur, Freewheel, BB and Crank for Type SPORT DX model.
Type SPORT DX has super smooth rotated Hub originally, so we do big brushup by this combination.

We did redesign the front brake mount section can be used short brake arch.
Basically, Type SPORT has long brake arch, but it also change the brake shoe position to upper, it work for better brake performance.

The Type S is 20 inches small wheel bike, but the running performance is quite similar with full size load model.
It's lightly, and fast.
It has suspension for front and rear, the function for absorbs the peculiar vibration from a road to a high-pressure tire.

The frame can be folded
The frame which hi running performance can be easy to fold in second without tools, after detach the both wheel by QR.
If a rear career of the option is installed, the frame can be stood by alone when you fold the frame.
The weight is very light though it is 20-inch full suspension bike with 10.5kg (18 speeds DX model).

Pacific Cycles is a manufacturer of so many famous small wheel bikes all over the world including the Tartaruga whole series.
Tartaruga Entertainment works joint as an external staff to a "REACH" project by George Lin who is beginner of Pacific Cycles and designer.
